Description & Coverage
Description:

Educational technologies and curriculum design methods converge to transform current understanding and support of learning. AI offers powerful tools for automating tasks, personalizing instruction, and generating insights at scale, while learning analytics provide data-driven methods for interpreting learners’ behaviors, needs, and progress. When combined with thoughtful educational design, these technologies enable the creation of adaptive, inclusive, and engaging learning environments. Together, they enhance teaching and learning while reshaping the future of education by making it more responsive, evidence-based, and learner-centered.

AI, Learning Analytics, and Educational Design explores how AI and learning analytics can be integrated to better understand learners’ behaviors, needs, and outcomes. It examines how these insights can inform educational design to create more personalized, effective, and equitable learning experiences. This book covers topics such as educational technology, inclusive education, and student behavior, and is a useful resource for engineers, educators, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
