Bryan Christiansen is an Adjunct Business Professor at Southern New Hampshire University and co-founder of the consultancy Soluvex, LLC. He serves as Editor-in-Chief for two IGI Global Scientific Publishing Publishing book series on digital crime and behavioral studies. Fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish, and learning Russian, Christiansen is conducting research in Costa Rica for a reference book on Latin America and the Caribbean. He is also working to establish a clean energy and semiconductor manufacturing facility in the region. A frequent international presenter, he has spoken at Oxford University (2016) and is scheduled to speak in New York City in 2025 on organizational sociology.

 Jared Keengwe

Jared Keengweis a Professor of Education at the University of North Dakota (UND), renowned for his scholarly contributions in education. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and academic books and serves as editor-in-chief of two IGI Global Scientific Publishing book series: Advances in Higher Education and Professional Development and Advances in Early Childhood and K-12 Education. His academic excellence has earned him the UND Foundation/McDermott Faculty Award for Advising and the North Dakota Spirit Faculty Achievement Award for outstanding contributions in teaching, research, and service. Keengwe has received national and international recognition, including a fellowship from the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program to support educational projects in African higher education, and a Visiting Fellowship from CODESRIA..

Barbara Mae Carteris a professor at Colorado Technical University, where she teaches leadership and organizational development, serves on dissertation committees, and presents at Doctoral Symposia to support doctoral candidates. With a strong instructional design background, she has extensive experience consulting and facilitating adult learning programs across professional settings. She earned her Doctor of Management in Organizational Development and Change from Colorado Technical University, publishing her 2019 dissertation on leadership practices of female ODC managers. She also holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from George Fox University. Barbara is a Certified Agile Leader and Certified Ruth Clark Instructional Designer, demonstrating her commitment to innovative, evidence-based approaches to leadership, learning, and organizational development.

Joel G. Cohn brings over 51 years of global business consulting experience, specializing in digital transformation, organizational development, and technology change. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and Leadership from the University of Phoenix, an M.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and a B.A. from SUNY Binghamton University. Dr. Cohn has been an active member of several professional organizations, including the Fulfillment Management Association, American Production and Inventory Control Society, Strategic Account Management Association, Sustainability Management Association, and the Academy of Management. He has contributed to peer-reviewed journals and authored two books: VIRTUAL SELLING: Where Are We Going?, based on his doctoral dissertation, and MY LIFE STORIES. He currently serves as a full-time professor at Everglades University and an adjunct professor at St. Thomas Aquinas College.

Dr. Sterling Carter is the CEO of SBC Global Consulting, a Vancouver-based firm helping organizations enhance productivity, efficiency, and reduce waste. He holds a Doctorate in Management specializing in Global Leadership, an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University. With over a decade of consulting experience across industries, including healthcare, he is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Agile Leader, Certified Scrum Master, and certified in Data Analytics. Following his doctoral research on global EHR interoperability strategies, he has focused on advancing global and integrated health systems. He is also a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner, bringing expertise in leadership, process improvement, and organizational transformation.

 Swati Chakraborty

Dr. Swati Chakraborty is a Visiting Faculty at the Institute of Legal Studies and Research, GLA University, an Adjunct Faculty at Concordia University, Canada, and a Writing Fellow at COMPOSE, Universitas Islam International Indonesia. An International Fellow of KAICIID in Lisbon, she is actively involved in global dialogue and peacebuilding. She is the Founder of “Webplatform4Dialogue,” an initiative hosting webinars, podcasts, and publications on intercultural understanding. Dr. Chakraborty earned her Ph.D. in Human Rights from the University of Calcutta and continues to examine evolving global issues. Her current research focuses on the ethical applications of artificial intelligence, promoting dialogue, and strategies to counter hate speech, reflecting her dedication to fostering inclusive and respectful global communication.

 Abeni El-Amin

Dr. Abeni El-Amin, Ph.D., Ed.D., D.PC., MPsy - I/O, LSSMBB,is a globally recognized thought leader in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), with over two decades of experience helping organizations transform cultures through innovative, evidence-based training. She emphasizes that creating safe, inclusive spaces starts with addressing underlying cultural norms. An accomplished author, lecturer, and speaker, she edited Implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Management in Organizational Change Initiatives and Implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in Educational Management Practices (IGI Global). Dr. El-Amin is also the co-founder of Titan and Mogul, Inc., a global consultancy specializing in Lean Six Sigma and HR strategies with a DEIB focus, supporting sustainable organizational growth and meaningful inclusion across industries.

 Dr. Janelle Christine Simmons

Dr. Janelle Christine Simmons, Ed.D., is a prolific author and academic whose writing began in sixth grade and evolved into scholarly research. She has self-published A Legion of Lies (2009) and Kept by Jesus (2011), and her academic publishing began with her 2016 dissertation on multicultural leadership in South Korea. Dr. Simmons has contributed to IGI Global Scientific Publishing publications on social media in education, human trafficking, and transformational leadership. In 2023, she released a two-part IGI Global Scientific Publishing series on global police brutality and systemic racism and contributed a chapter on acculturation to the Handbook of Research on Cultural and Cross-Cultural Psychology.

 Dara Nix-Stevenson

Dara Nix-Stevenson (she/her/they/them) is a social justice educator and Curriculum Specialist with Sincecombahee Educational Consulting. A former middle and high school science teacher with over 20 years of classroom experience, she views learning as a transformative space where students and teachers co-create knowledge. Inspired by bell hooks’ vision of education as a place to create “paradise,” Dara focuses on developing critical consciousness and empowering students as agents of social change. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Studies from UNC-Greensboro, with a concentration in Women’s, Gender, & Sexuality Studies, and researches racial, gender, and environmental justice, including environmental displacement, identity, resilience, and planetary citizenship. Based in Flushing, Queens, NY, she shares her work via her blog Sincecombahee, Medium, Israel Konnect, and Nepris.

 Angello Villarreal

Dr. Angello Villarreal is a nationally recognized New Jersey educator celebrated for his transformative contributions to education and leadership. Named a National K-12 Champion on Equity by the American Consortium on Equity in Education and one of the Top 5 Latino Leaders in New Jersey by the United States Latino Affairs, he is dedicated to promoting inclusivity and excellence. Born and raised in Callao, Peru, Dr. Villarreal teaches at Freehold Township High School and RAISE Academy. His advocacy-focused work, recognized by national organizations, state senators, congress members, and the New Jersey Governor, centers on serving students and families through mentorship, research, community service, and leadership. From creating after-school programs to leading projects, he emphasizes community engagement as essential to student success.

 Holli Vah Seliskar

Holli Vah Seliskar earned her Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction from Kent State University; a Master of Science in criminal justice from Tiffin University; a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Cleveland State University, and an Associate of Applied Science from Atlantic Cape Community College. Dr. Vah Seliskar’s research interests include restorative justice, restorative practices in K-12 and in higher education, restorative practices in the workplace, and best practices in online learning, teaching, and mentoring.

 Herat Joshi

Herat Joshi is a seasoned professional in Healthcare Technology and Data Intelligence at Great River Health Systems, Iowa, specializing in Healthcare Information Management, Healthcare Informatics, and Medical/Bioinformatics. His current research focuses on integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into healthcare systems, and as a Project Management expert and startup founder, he is passionate about leveraging AI to transform project management practices. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering with a focus on Data Science and AI, an MBA, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. Herat has authored multiple scholarly publications, served as a judge at national and international technical events, and is a certified Peer Reviewer for journals including the International Journal of E-Adoption (IGI Global Scientific Publishing) and the International Journal of Lean Six Sigma (Emerald).

 Florence Nyemba

Dr. Florence Nyemba holds a Ph.D. in Educational Studies from the University of Cincinnati, an M.A. in African Studies from Ohio University, and a B.A. in African Languages and Culture from Midlands State University, and is currently pursuing an MBA. She has over twelve years of professional experience in HR, marketing, and operations management, and has served as a high school teacher, university teaching assistant, and instructor in an Advanced Teaching Master’s Program. Her research, using qualitative and participatory action methods, focuses on global education, immigrant experiences, systemic inequalities, peace education, gender equity, and trauma-informed practices, with publications in journals such as The Journal of African Migration and The Sage Journal of Action Research. Florence actively reviews for journals and conferences, serves on nonprofit boards, and volunteers in mentorship and educational advocacy, demonstrating a strong commitment to equity and community engagement.

 Clayton Smith

Clayton Smith is a professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Windsor, teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels. He has extensive expertise in enrollment management, the internationalization of higher education, and student success. His research focuses on effective practices for teaching linguistically and culturally diverse international students, addressing microaggressions they experience in postsecondary institutions, and fostering their sense of belonging in secondary schools. Through his work, Dr. Smith aims to improve educational experiences and outcomes for international students, promoting inclusive and supportive learning environments that enhance both academic achievement and personal development.

 Joanne Vázquez de Príncipe

Joanne Vázquez de Príncipe, DM is a Post-Doctoral Fellow-in-Residence at the University of Phoenix’s Center for Leadership Studies and Entrepreneurial Research, where she contributes as a social and behavioral science researcher. Her mixed-methods doctoral research explored leadership and human intelligence amid organizational change. She focuses on self-leadership, STEM women’s empowerment, and integrating psychosynthesis with predictive modeling for transformational leadership, and has co-authored chapters on I/O psychology, organizational development, and leadership. Dr. Príncipe is also Founder and CEO of Purposeful Advising & Coaching LLC, bringing over 30 years of corporate experience across legal, finance, nonprofit, and government sectors. She advises leaders on human-centered change strategies, strategic planning, and values alignment to foster thriving organizational cultures, wellness initiatives, and long-term business and leadership development.

 Ingrid Vasiliu-Feltes

Prof. Dr. Ingrid Vasiliu-Feltes is a visionary leader bridging academia, business, government, and the nonprofit sector, recognized globally for her work in deep tech diplomacy and digital ethics. With over two decades of executive experience, she has led high-impact initiatives and driven complex system integration to build responsible, inclusive, and sustainable deep tech innovation ecosystems. Her expertise addresses how emerging technologies reshape law, regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and enterprise digital strategy. An alumna of MIT, Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, and the University of Miami’s Herbert Business School, she is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holds executive certifications in AI, Blockchain, Finance, Mediation, Tech Diplomacy, Human Rights, and Ethics, reflecting her multidisciplinary leadership and global thought leadership.

 James S. Etim

James S. Etim is a Professor of Education at Winston Salem State University, holding a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wyoming, Laramie. His research focuses on middle grades English Language Arts, cross-cultural education, instructional strategies, and gender issues. He has authored one book, edited or coedited eight, and published over 60 articles and chapters in national and international journals. Dr. Etim has served as Co-PI on an NSF grant on classroom technology and received two Fulbright Specialist Awards to Nigeria and Namibia. He was a Carnegie African Diaspora Fellow at the University of Jos and served as Education Panel Chair for the Global Undergraduate Awards. He is also part of the Center for the Study of Economic Mobility and the founding editor of the International Journal of Gender Studies in Developing Societies.

 Amdy Diene

Dr. Amdy Diene received his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University School of Business and is actively engaged as an academic researcher in social science. Dr. Diene possesses a Master's degree in Leadership and Management from Western Governor University, complemented by a Bachelor's in Information Technology and Security from Campbell University. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Touba Digital Consulting. His professional background includes extensive experience in consulting and software development for hospital patient information systems within the healthcare industry.

 Ashok Vaseashta

Ashok Vaseashta is CEO/CTO and Executive Director of Research at the International Clean Water Institute, Virginia, and holds academic and advisory roles, including Professor at Transylvania University of Brasov, Chaired Professor of Nanotechnology at the Ghitu Institute, and Senior Strategic Research Advisor to multiple organizations. He earned his Ph.D. from Virginia Tech and has held positions at Virginia Tech, Marshall University, Norwich University, Riga Technical University, University of Bucharest, and the Weizmann Institute of Science. His interdisciplinary research spans CBRN defense, critical infrastructure security, environmental sustainability, green nanotechnologies, and nanotech applications such as nanofibers, sensors, wearable electronics, drug delivery, and biomarker detection. He has served as a U.S. science advisor and diplomat, authored or edited 11 books, published over 300 scientific works, and provides strategic direction in research, innovation, and global professional societies.

 Regina Rahimi

Dr. Regina Rahimi is a Professor in the Department of Middle and Secondary Education at Georgia Southern University, Savannah, with over 30 years of experience dedicated to advancing student and teacher development. She has authored and edited several books, including Pervasive Vulnerabilities: Sexual Harassment in Schools, Promoting Social Justice through the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, Exploring Social and Emotional Learning in Diverse Academic Settings, and Enhancing the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning in Online Settings (2025, co-edited with L. Soares). Dr. Rahimi is currently co-authoring and editing Creative Approaches to Teacher Retention with IGI Global Scientific Publishing. Her scholarship emphasizes social justice, inclusive teaching practices, and the enhancement of teaching and learning across diverse and online educational environments.

 Eugene de Silva

Professor Eugene de Silva is an internationally recognized scholar, educator, and researcher in physics, chemistry, and multidisciplinary education. He is the founder and President of the Virginia Research Institute and currently leads the Tennessee Association of Science Department Chairs. With over three decades of experience in the US and UK, he has shaped STEM curriculum development, educational leadership, and interdisciplinary research. Dr. de Silva created the START© educational model to integrate research into instruction, enhancing student engagement and learning. An accomplished author and editor, he has published widely and presented internationally. His research focuses on AI in education, science curriculum reform, and virtual, research-driven learning. A Chartered Chemist, Scientist, and Physicist, and Fellow of multiple professional societies, he has also contributed to intelligence and security studies, including pioneering programs in martial arts and terrorism studies.

 Etetor Roland Eshiet

Etetor Roland Eshiet, Sr., is a doctoral graduate of Texas Tech University’s Institute of Environmental and Human Health and the Department of Environmental Toxicology. He holds a B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry and a Master’s in Petroleum Chemistry & Petrochemicals. He earned certifications with distinction in Data Management for Clinical Research, Design and Interpretation of Clinical Trials, and Drug Discovery from Vanderbilt University, Johns Hopkins University, and the University of California, respectively. Dr. Eshiet is Managing Consultant at Sustainable Energy Environmental and Educational Development (SEEED) and Co-Founder of Sustainable Development Group, Inc. (SDGi). His expertise includes pharmacovigilance, biotechnology, drug discovery and development, and translational research. He has published in reputable journals, serves on editorial boards, and authored Complementary and Alternative Medicine’s Place in Modern Medicine: A Spotlight on Brickellia cavanillesii (Asteraceae).

 Dr. Baimba Yilla

Dr. Baimba Yilla, EdD., is a husband, father, and seasoned Foreign Service professional with over two decades of experience in political affairs, diplomacy, international relations, and national security. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at Marymount University, Arlington, Virginia, where he is Lead Doctoral Faculty Mentor for candidates in the School of Education. Dr. Yilla is the author of Comparative Approach on Development and Socioeconomics of Africa (2024) and is passionate about educational leadership as a means to address social, economic, political, and environmental challenges through individual development, organizational innovation, and community engagement. His current projects include a forthcoming book exploring the nature of bigotry and its enduring influence in the United States, reflecting his commitment to critical societal issues and transformative education.

 LeAnne Salazar Montoya

LeAnne Salazar Montoya is an Assistant Professor of Educational Policy and Leadership at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with over two decades of experience as a superintendent and P–20 educator. Her scholarship focuses on leadership development, the superintendency, and policy advocacy for historically underrepresented communities, with particular emphasis on Latina leadership, mentorship, and systemic challenges in the educational pipeline. She has authored or co-authored over 35 peer-reviewed publications and contributed to multiple books and encyclopedia entries, including Pursuing Equity and Success for Marginalized Educational Leaders and the Radiance series. A recognized leader, she has delivered over 90 national presentations, received the 2024 ALAS National Advocacy Award and 2025 UNLV Community Service Award, and serves in leadership roles within AERA and UNLV, while founding the Linking Latino Leaders of Nevada initiative.

 Rufaro A. Chitiyo

Rufaro A. Chitiyo is an Associate Professor in the School of Human Ecology at Tennessee Technological University. She holds a Ph. D. in Education—Exceptional Learning (with a focus on Young Children and Families). Her teaching portfolio spans undergraduate and graduate courses focused on a variety of family-related topics, research methods, and cultural competence. Dr. Chitiyo has published in peer-reviewed journals, co-edited a book, contributed chapters to several books, and has presented her work at numerous national and international conferences. She has also served as a co-principal investigator and senior personel on several funded grant projects. In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Chitiyo also serves on university and community committees.

Nada I. Tayem

Nada I. Tayem is a teaching associate and doctoral candidate in English Literature and Criticism at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, with research focusing on transnational feminism and environmental humanities. She earned her B.A. and M.A. in English Literature in Jordan and has over a decade of teaching experience in literature, writing, and language learning, including UN programs. Nada co-edited Cases on Collaborative Experiential Ecological Literacy for Education (IGI Global Scientific Publishing, 2024) and has authored peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, including studies on Toni Morrison and Suheir Hammad, and environmental literature in Algerian and American classrooms. Her poetry, including “My Home” (Silver Birch Press, 2025), complements her academic work. She is also actively engaged in community service, reflecting her commitment to education, social justice, and creative expression.

Hany Zaky

Dr. Hany Zaky is a global scholar and consultant specializing in assessment and curriculum, with extensive experience working across diverse higher education communities. He believes lifelong learning fosters human fulfillment and drives social change. Dr. Zaky is the Director of Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness at Eastern International College and serves as adjunct faculty at Kean University and Hudson County Community College. He is a peer reviewer for the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) and editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Interactive Communication Systems and Technologies (IJICST, IGI Global Scientific Publishing). He has authored numerous articles, presented at national and international conferences, and facilitated workshops on culturally responsive teaching, assessment, quality assurance, instructional approaches in the age of AI, and higher education policy development.

Mahesh S. Raisinghani

Mahesh S. Raisinghani is a Professor of Management Information Systems at Texas Woman's University’s MAK College of Business and Entrepreneurship, a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (U.K.), and Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Association of Information Systems’ SIG-LEAD. He has received numerous awards, including the Distinguished Research Award (2022, 2024), ISACA’s Excellence in Education Award (2021), TWU’s Innovation in Academia Award (2017), the National Engaged Leader Award (2017), and the Model United Nations Volunteer Award (2017). Dr. Raisinghani serves as Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Web-based Learning and Teaching Technologies and has published over 100 manuscripts in journals, conferences, and books. He has edited eight books and consulted for various public and private organizations, contributing significantly to research, leadership, and applied practice in information systems and education.

Darcia Roache

Darcia Roache is a distinguished academic, educator, and organizational leader with over 25 years of experience in business administration, education, and public service. Originally from Jamaica, she has held key roles in both private and public sectors, including Director of Administration and Acting CEO, demonstrating a strong commitment to leadership and organizational excellence. Dr. Roache holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration, a DBA, an MBA, a B.Sc., and an A.Sc. in Business Administration. She has authored and co-authored numerous scholarly articles on educational leadership, ethics, microaggressions, motivation, and transformational leadership. Currently a postsecondary Lecturer, she continues to mentor, teach, and lead, fostering the development of people and systems and making impactful contributions to education, leadership, and organizational development.

 Xianrong (Shawn) Zheng

Dr. Xianrong (Shawn) Zheng is an Associate Professor of Information Technology at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Queen's University, Canada, in 2014. His research focuses on AI, Cloud Computing, Data Science, and FinTech. Dr. Zheng is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and serves as Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Web Portals (IJWP) and Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Data Science (IJDS). He is also a Technical Program Committee Member for the IEEE International Conference on Web Services (ICWS) and a Guest Editor for special issues such as “Financial Data Science in the Era of Generative AI” (European Financial Management) and “Financial Technologies in Finance and Economics” (Journal of Risk and Financial Management).

 Jatinder Singh

Jatinder Singh is a technology professional with over two decades of experience in digital transformation and emerging technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and serves as Senior Technical Account Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), leading modernization of legacy systems, cloud-native solutions, and performance optimization. His expertise includes solution and enterprise architecture, data security, governance, and cloud financial management. Beginning as a mainframe developer, he advanced through ETL, business intelligence, and advanced analytics roles. Over the past decade, he has guided organizations through digital transformations and mentored over 500 AWS professionals. A sought-after speaker and technical reviewer, he has authored blogs, articles, and is writing books on AI, machine learning, and advanced computing, driving innovation and operational efficiency across industries.

 Dr. Madison Ngafeeson

Dr. Madison Ngafeeson is a Professor of Analytics and Director of the Business Data Analytics Program at Palm Beach Atlantic University, Florida, as well as a certified speaker, author, and leadership coach. George Leal Jamil

George Leal Jamil is an autonomous teacher and consultant working in Brazil and internationally, including Portugal, Spain, and France. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering, an MSc in Computing Science, a PhD in Information Science, and two post-doctoral experiences in Market Intelligence (Porto University, Portugal) and Entrepreneurship (Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena, Spain), with a third post-doctoral project on Digital Transformation underway at USP’s Arts and Communication School. Specializing in applied management—Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, and Digital Transformation—he has authored and edited over thirty-five books and numerous articles, contributes to startup development and acceleration programs, and has been an active IGI Global Scientific Publishing author, editor, and reviewer since 2012, evaluating journals, books, and submitted projects

Tashieka Burris-Melville

Tashieka Burris-Melville is an experienced educator with over 19 years in teaching and a doctoral degree in Leadership and Professional Practice from Trevecca Nazarene University, as well as a Master’s in Linguistics from the University of the West Indies, Mona. She lectures in the Faculty of Education and Liberal Studies at the University of Technology, Jamaica, teaching courses in academic writing, linguistics, and leadership at both undergraduate and graduate levels. A dedicated scholar, she has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed articles, books, and conference presentations, with research interests spanning sociolinguistics, applied linguistics, writing in higher education, teamwork development, collaborative and transformational leadership, and online teaching and learning.

Dr. Dachel Martínez Asanza

Dr. Dachel Martínez Asanza is a Senior Researcher with a PhD in Medical Education Sciences, is a full professor at the National School of Public Health (ENSAP) and holds specialist certifications in Comprehensive General Dentistry, as well as master’s degrees in Emergency Dental Care and Geriatric Dentistry. She has made significant contributions to geriatric oral health, focusing on innovative approaches to comprehensive dental care for the elderly to improve health outcomes and quality of life. As an ambassador for IGI Global Scientific Publishing, she actively promotes academic collaboration and the dissemination of cutting-edge research in health sciences.
